Orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Delson, QC, Canada within 5 business days whenever possible. We ship our orders via UPS, FEDEX, Purolator, or Canada Post. Shipping charges will be included prior to checking out.

Retailers - Shipping charges are based on the Retailer's location. Orders of $300.00 or more are shipped free of charge to Canadian destinations (excluding Yukon Territory, North West Territories and Nunavut).  Minimum order is $130.00 before applicable taxes and shipping.

Consumers - Shipping charges are based on a flat Shipping and Handling (S&H) charge. Orders of $50.00 or more are shipped free of charge to Canadian destinations (excluding Yukon Territory, North West Territories and Nunavut).


Shipping to Yukon Territory, North West Territories and Nunavut

For shipments to Yukon Territory, North West Territories and Nunavut, you will be contacted by Stix2 Kooltak and advised of the costs of shipping, if applicable.

If you accept the charges, your credit card will be charged with the amount and the goods will be shipped.

If you do not accept the charges, your order will be cancelled. If your order has already been charged to your credit card, Stix2 Kooltak will reverse the charges on your credit card with the full amount of your purchase without any cancellation fees.


Minimum Order

Retailers - Minimum order is $130.00 (retail value) before applicable taxes and shipping.

Consumers - Minimum order is $25.00 before applicable taxes and shipping or less during special promotions.


Return Policy

All returns must be authorized by STIX2 KOOLTAK and include a "Return Authorization Number" and invoice number. Returns must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. Defective merchandise or mis-shipment will be replaced or credited to your account. A restocking fee will be charged to your account for goods returned for reasons other than the above mentioned. Goods must be shipped freight prepaid and be of saleable condition or they cannot be accepted. Claims for damaged goods or missing cartons must be claimed with the carrier - save your boxes and shipping materials. Also, please report damages to us, so we can follow up with the shipper's actions.


Payment Method

All our charges are in Canadian dollars (CDN$). For your convenience, we accept Visa and Mastercard.  Your credit card company will process all charges in Canadian funds.

All deliveries are subject to payment authorization.
